Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customers question and setting appointments through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Duties * Engage with potential customers through outbound and inbound sales calls to generate interest in our vehicles. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update records regularly. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize strong phone etiquette to establish rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships. * Assist in managing the overall sales process, ensuring that all leads are followed up in a timely manner. Experience * Experience in outbound sales or retail sales is preferred but not required * Strong understanding of inventory * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
