We are looking for Automotive Sales Professionals to join our sales team! We are seeking someone with a background in car sales and a strong work ethic! We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast paced dealership! Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities: * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. * Build strong rapport with customers. * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. * Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications: * Car sales experience is helpful but not required * Must have customer service experience * Valid driver's license * Positive attitude and demeanor * Strong listening and verbal communication skills * Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals * Strong phone skills and computer skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * Customer service (Preferred) Work Location: In person
