Position Overview: Join Atrium's Contingent Workforce (WORKS) division in an exciting sales role where you'll leverage your contact base, network effectively, and prospect for new business opportunities. This role requires exceptional salesmanship to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities, contributing to profitable expansion, and exceeding targets. Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative: * Build and manage a portfolio of sales leads through networking, warm/cold calling, and targeted marketing efforts. * Conduct consultative meetings with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Supplier Diversity leaders to identify Contingent Workforce opportunities and present Atrium's solutions. * Articulate Atrium's competitive differentiators to convert leads into business opportunities and meet defined sales performance metrics. * Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and solution presentations. * Represent Atrium at conferences and networking events, maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, and talent technology partners. * Confidently showcase Atrium's comprehensive portfolio of Contingent Workforce Solutions and Talent Technology partnerships, including MSP Services, Direct Sourcing, Employer of Record Payrolling, Independent Contractor Compliance, Intern Program Design, and more. Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Development Representative: * Minimum 2 - 3 years of new business development and experience in generating new business leads and sales, as well as a proven history of achieving sales quota. * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage several prospects/proposals simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: * Ability to operate at an office desk for extended periods of time, whether sitting or standing. * Ability to travel between Atrium offices, as needed, including reliable means of transportation. * Ability to attend national industry events and conferences, as needed. Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience is required.
