Sales Administrator and Contract Processing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital is one of the fastest growing remodeling companies operating in and around Boston. Our reputation for quality work and friendly staff is well-known and established. We're currently looking for an individual to step into the role of Sales Administrator and Contract Processing. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the office, which includes sales administration, contract processing, job costing, customer financing. This isn't a role for just anyone. We're looking for someone special that can multi-task, keep cool under pressure and keep everyone on task. The ideal candidate will have: * Exceptional organizational skills and detail accuracy * Take charge attitude and process oriented * Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines * Above average phone and written customer service communication skills * General accounting knowledge including job costing, A/P, A/R and cash management * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, QuickBooks and Salesforce CRM platform * Strong work ethic * Flexibility to pivot priorities within the role as things can change quite frequently * Experience in the construction/remodeling industry or home services sectors Primary responsibilities will include: * Managing and processing customer contracts to support field operations * Data entry, maintenance and reporting * Customer Financing and Accounts Receivable - billing, collections and posting of receivables * Coordinate and administer employee interface with HR department * Process payroll in coordination with finance * Provide general office and sales administration support, as well as any other task, as needed * Work closely with Sales Management and Production Management to ensure day-to- day operations run smoothly and efficiently This position reports directly to the Vice President of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital.
