We are looking for an outgoing, goal-oriented, sales professional who is results driven and comfortable using a set sales process to acheive results. Strong candidates must be comfortable using scripts, role-playing and presenting membership plans to clients. This position has a base rate but is commission-focused. A history of strong attendance and reliability in previous positions is a must. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to gain an understanding of our clients' individual needs for massage and skin care by speaking , present them with information on how our Total Body Care services can meet their needs, and provide excellent customer service during their visits to our clinic. Compensation & Benefits (vary depending on full or part time status): * Base hourly rate + commissions and incentives * Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability & Elective Insurances available * Retirement Plan with Employer Match * Paid Vacation & Sick Time * Free massages/facials opportunities * Up to 50% discount on retail products Your essential responsibilities revolve around informing clients of the benefits of our Total Body care services, and the retail to support these services at home, and providing excellent customer service. * Greeting members and guests upon arrival. * Meeting with customers to gain an understanding of their massage and skin care needs * Staying updated on retail products and promotions. * Presenting information on our massage, stretch and skin care services, as well as supporting retail products. * Achieving sales goals. * Answering phone calls. * Setting appointments and checking members and guests in and out for their sessions. * Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction. * Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool. * Upholding the Massage Envy brand's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy. * Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
