Full description of the position

Job Description The Revenue Manager is responsible for working with the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, and alongside property level teams to develop and implement overall strategy across all transient and group segments to maximize revenue and profit. This is a hybrid position traveling approximately 20% to the Corporate office as well as hotels. Primary Responsibilities: -Revenue Strategy & Execution * Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize RevPAR and market share across the portfolio. * Work closely with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brand revenue managers to ensure alignment with corporate revenue goals. * Monitor demand trends, competitive positioning, and booking patterns to adjust pricing and inventory strategies. * Ensure compliance with brand revenue management best practices and brand-specific pricing tools. -Collaboration with Brand Revenue Teams * Act as the primary liaison between AAM15 Management and the brand revenue teams. * Participate in weekly strategy calls with brand revenue managers to review performance, discuss upcoming demand shifts, and refine pricing strategies. * Provide data-driven insights to advocate for pricing adjustments or strategy modifications. -Performance Analysis & Reporting * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance analyses on KPIs including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and market penetration. * Utilize tools such as STR, Marriott One Yield, Hilton RMS, and IHG Concerto to track performance and make data-backed decisions. * Review revenue forecasts and budget projections for each hotel. -Group & Business Mix Management * Evaluate and approve group pricing and displacement analysis in collaboration with sales teams. * Ensure a balanced mix of transient, corporate, and group business to maximize profitability. * Collaborate with sales to develop targeted strategies for corporate accounts, wholesale segments, and digital distribution. -System Management & Optimization * Maintain revenue management systems (RMS) and ensure that rate strategies are properly implemented. * Oversee rate parity across all booking channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms. * Monitor and optimize hotel visibility and performance on brand.com channels.
