We are looking for the right person that has to win. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving business growth, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and ultimately close new business opportunities within the landscape and snow removal sectors for seasonal landscape and snow removal prospects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and research. * Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in commercial, and industrial sectors. * Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present our landscape and snow removal services, tailor proposals to their needs, and close deals. * Market Research: Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and industry news to keep informed and adjust strategies accordingly. * CRM Management: Track and manage leads, contacts, and opportunities using our CRM software (BenchMark), ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate reporting. * Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client, and support ongoing client relationships. * Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth and client aquisition. Qualifications: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (landscaping, snow removal, or construction industries a requirement) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. * Knowledge of landscape and snow removal services is required; we are willing to train the right candidate in our system on our scope of services. * Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting in a competitive market. * Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Vehicle & Fuel Reimbursement paid out monthly or company vehicle provided.
