Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leasing processes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with potential and current tenants. The Leasing Agent will play a crucial role in maintaining the property's reputation and maximizing occupancy rates. Responsibilities * Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by understanding their needs and preferences. * Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and benefits to encourage leasing decisions. * Property leasing * Manage the application process, including data entry, file management, and documentation verification. * Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies. * Yardi experience * Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, applications, and lease agreements. * Collaborate with property management teams to address maintenance requests and ensure properties are well-maintained. * Implement upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities offered by the property. * Stay informed about local rental market trends and regulations..
