In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a Hybrid position based in Fort Lauderdale. Responsibilities * Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. * Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives to understand their business needs and present Ideagen's solutions. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Skills and Experience * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives. * Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A supportive and collaborative work environment.
