Quality 1st Basement Systems, a regional leader in the waterproofing and foundation repair industry, is seeking to expand our sales team. In this role you will consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you. Your goal is to diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and provide the best solution for them. What We Would Provide You * A verifiable, W-2 opportunity to make $150K+ * Paid training to set you up for success * High-quality leads from customers who have contacted us - no cold calling! * A solid benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) matching, and more * Best-in-class continuous training and state-of-the-art software * A trusting, respectful, and fun culture * An award winning company you can be proud to represent * Opportunities for your professional growth What you would do: * Meet with homeowners on pre-qualified, company-generated leads * Build rapport with the customer and determine desired outcomes * Carefully examine the customer's home to accurately diagnose the issues * Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues * Write proposals for each customer account, including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets * Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for scheduling of projects * Meet or exceed sales goals What We Need for this Role * 2+ years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement industries is a plus, but not required * Construction experience is a plus, but not required * Being able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house * Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills * Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl * A valid driver's license and a safe driving record * Skill in operating computer software (we will train you) At Quality 1st Basement Systems, you will be part of a supportive work environment that values your growth and success.
