JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Representative assist customers who are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. They are responsible for generating and processing leads and applications as outlined by company policy. In our dealership, the salesman works to balance the needs of the customers with the standards of the dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build relationships & create customers for life. * Welcome all guests, understand & demonstrate vehicle product features & technologies, create brand excitement. * Assisting customers during test drive of new/used vehicles * Follow up with customers to ensure referral business. COMPETENCIES: * Strong communication skills - verbal and written. * Desire to work as part of a team. * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred, but not required. * Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
