Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative With min 5 years experience in food and Ingredient distribution to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. Responsibilities * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Daily visit ,calls and contact. * Engage in generating new business opportunities and expand the client base. * Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Develop and implement effective business development strategies for B2B sales. * Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential. * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent account management practices. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market. Experience * Proven experience in sales in food manufacturing and Beverage industry or B2B environments. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable. * Strong skills in product demos, upselling techniques, and cold calling strategies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * A proactive approach to business development and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. * Previous experience in account management is a plus, demonstrating an ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
