LifeSource Water Systems, California's dominant residential water treatment company, is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Representative / Customer Support Specialist Floater. What You 'll Do: * Ability to answer fast-paced, high volume, multi-line telephone system and efficiently respond to customer questions or concerns. * Provide outstanding customer service to our external and internal clients. * Handle client information efficiently on the company CRM system to provide quality service. * Contact the client to schedule service and or installation appointments. * Process orders and service tickets * Collaborate closely with the Installation team to ensure that their schedules are properly optimized logistically. * Review sales rep commissions by cross-checking approved orders. * Responsible for providing a professional first impression on all incoming phone calls. * Use a proprietary company CRM to enter leads, open tickets, and scheduling. What We 're Looking For: * A positive, can-do attitude, with a high level of confidence in a fast-paced environment * Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service / receptionist roles * Be team player who appreciates a positive and motivating culture * Must have exceptional communication skills and proficient with computers. * Analytical skills and attention to details are a must. * Schedule of Mo,Tu,Wed,Fr - 10:30 am - 7:00 pm; Th - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Why Join LifeSource?
