EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT/Client Advisor Luxury or Import Auto Sales experience is a plus bilingual The Auto Sales Consultant /Client Advisor position is a role suited for an outgoing and motivated individual who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position provides unlimited potential for an individual to achieve their earning goals and career objectives. A successful sales consultant effectively performs the following responsibilities: * A professional appearance and positive attitude * The ability to be competitive while maintaining clients best interests * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Must have a clean and valid drivers license * Approach, greet and assist any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Build strong rapport with customers * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles * Take customer on test drive to make sure they have selected best model that meets their needs * Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards * Gather appropriate customer information to complete sales transaction and enter data into CRM * Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis The Auto Sales Consultant/Client Advisor position reports to the Sales Manager.
