Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the swimming pool industry. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. You'll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and developers to assess their needs and recommend the perfect pool solutions for their properties. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. * Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs, assess site conditions, and present custom pool solutions. * Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of pool products, including design options, materials, and accessories, to effectively present solutions to clients. * Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract signing. * Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. * Site Visits: Conduct site assessments to ensure accurate pool measurements and feasibility before design and installation. * Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and contracts, overcoming objections and addressing concerns to secure the sale. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design, construction, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution. * Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Skills & Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or pool sales. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Excellent negotiation and closing skills. * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of swimming pool construction and maintenance is a plus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
