Key Responsibilities

• Hunt & Close New Business:
• Prospect, pitch, and secure contracts with light industrial employers (warehouses, manufacturers, distribution centers). -
• Build Lasting Partnerships :
• Develop trust with HR teams, plant managers, and procurement leaders to become their go-to staffing partner. -
• Market Intelligence :
• Stay ahead of industry trends, labor demands, and competitor activity to position our services effectively. -
• Revenue Growth :
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets through a mix of cold outreach, networking, and referrals. -
• Collaborate with Recruiting Teams :
• Ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment by working closely with recruiters.
• What We 're Looking For -
• 3+ years in B2B sales or business development
• (staffing, industrial services, or related fields preferred). -
• Proven ability to hunt new accounts
• --you love the thrill of the chase and closing deals. -
• Strong negotiation skills
• with experience in contract discussions and pricing strategies. -
• Self-motivated & disciplined
• --you manage your pipeline like a pro (CRM experience is a plus). -
