Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic beauty/Skin Care advisor/ Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product demonstrations, manage cash transactions, and contribute to achieving sales goals through effective communication and upselling techniques. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable product demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide support. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling. * Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience. * Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure customer satisfaction. * Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred. * Any experience in skin care/beauty is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately. * Experience with POS systems is a plus but training will be provided for candidates lacking this experience. * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
