Responsibilities * Engage face to face with potential customers within a retail setting to promote our clients' products. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs. * Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. * Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and improve your sales techniques. Requirements * Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Previous experience in sales is a plus. * Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with customers. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. * A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development. * Experience in customer service is advantageous.
