Urban AdvenTours is a locally owned small business located in Boston's North End, offering bicycle tours and rentals as well as a full-service sales and repair shop. We are looking to hire a qualified candidate to assist with the sales and stocking of bicycles, bicycling apparel and accessories, as well as some limited bike repair assistance in the shop (fixing flat tires, brake adjustments, etc.) This job will also include working with the bike rental and tours side of the business. Applicants should be skilled at multitasking and prioritization with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements: Previous sales/retail experience preferred but not required. Enthusiasm for bikes is a must. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be guest service oriented, take direction well, be flexible, and eager to learn new things. Compensation based on experience and ability. We are flexible with hours, but require a set schedule.
