RoofingSource is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to help expand our growing portfolio of clients. If you're passionate about building strong client relationships and driving new business through effective strategies, we want to hear from you. We value talent, integrity, and potential over industry-specific experience--though any background in roofing or construction is a bonus. Key Responsibilities: * Develop new relationships with multi-site building owners nationwide. * Identify key decision makers and strategically follow up to secure new business. * Craft and execute a targeted sales plan for your assigned market. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. * Deliver engaging presentations and meet with prospective and current clients. * Represent RoofingSource at industry trade shows and networking events. Essential Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Valid Driver's License. * Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus). * Proven, metrics-driven sales experience (experience in roofing, construction, or an advanced trade is an advantage). * Strong computer skills (e.g., Google Suite) and CRM proficiency. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities. * Extremely self-motivated with the capacity to work independently, plan priorities, and manage a fluid workload. * A customer-focused mindset and the ability to clearly articulate RoofingSource's innovative roofing solutions. Compensation: * Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually (dependent on experience), plus uncapped commission. * First-year on-target earnings (OTE) above $100,000, with potential for higher starting pay for candidates with relevant industry experience.
