Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role is crucial in maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing property budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
• Oversee the leasing process, including marketing properties, conducting showings, and processing applications.
• Implement strategies for upselling additional services to tenants to enhance their living experience.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to foster community engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Section 8 regulations and other relevant housing laws.
• Prepare reports on property performance metrics and present findings to senior management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
