Churchill Residential is looking for an energetic Leasing/Lifestyles Coordinator for its Churchill at Longview Family Living Community, Tax Credit, 160 units. This position is responsible to serve as the propertys leasing representative, greeting prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community. and secure lease agreements from qualified person. Plans and coordinates resident services activities. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. Must have tax credit experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Previous leasing experience in related industry preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Valid Texas Drivers license and clean driving record.
