Job Summary: Apex Pavers and Pools is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales for our paver and pool construction services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and has experience in the construction or home improvement industry. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. * Conduct in-home consultations and site evaluations to assess project scope, create a backyard design, and provide accurate quotes. * Educate customers on our products and services, including paver installation, pool construction, and outdoor living solutions. * Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns. * Close sales by effectively addressing customer concerns and providing tailored solutions. * Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project details in the CRM system. * Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Qualifications: * Sales experience in construction, home improvement, or related fields preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a plus. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales. * Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
