If you're ready to secure seven-figure deals that transform education while crafting your own success narrative, we want to hear from you. * What you will be doing * Develop and sustain a $10M+ sales pipeline by pinpointing and qualifying high-potential districts, engaging with decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through established sales stages. * Create customized proposals and steer through procurement processes to win six and seven-figure contracts. * Conduct discovery meetings to thoroughly understand district challenges and objectives, then design compelling solutions that deliver tangible outcomes. * Manage all facets of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, taking full responsibility for territory strategy and results. * Utilize your existing relationships and networks within public school districts to speed up adoption. What you will NOT be doing * Sticking to strict scripts or processes--you'll have the freedom to shape your territory strategy. * Promoting "nice to have" supplemental products--this is a transformative solution with measurable impact. * Getting entangled in bureaucracy--we're an agile startup focused on results. * Micromanaging daily activities--you'll own your outcomes. Key Responsibilities Champion the adoption of our groundbreaking learning solution in public school districts, securing long-term partnerships that help transform educational outcomes on a large scale. * Candidate Requirements * 3+ years of experience managing complex K-12 sales cycles and closing six or seven-figure deals. * Strong existing network of district decision-maker relationships in Texas, California, or Illinois. * Proven ability to navigate public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs. * Track record of maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets. * Demonstrated success in operating autonomously and driving the full sales cycle. * Proficiency with CRM tools and the sales technology stack. * Must reside in or within 2 hours of Texas, California, or Illinois. * Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%). * Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
