Our Sales Representative

Job Description

: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team! If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping customers discover the right wireless solutions, all while delivering top-tier service.

Responsibilities

:

• Sell wireless phones, plans, and accessories in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring both retention of existing customers and acquisition of new ones.
• Understand and effectively communicate a variety of wireless products, services, plans, and features to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers alike.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, across multiple store locations as needed.
• Perform daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in meetings and promotional events, both in-store and in the community.

Qualifications

:

• At least one (0-1) year of experience in sales or customer service within a retail setting.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of wireless products or experience in sales is a strong plus.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High energy, excellent communication skills, and a positive, inviting personality. Perks &
