Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and a second language (Spanish preferred), allowing them to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various items. * Effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers in both English and the second language. * Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately.. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. * Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Requirements * Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required. * Previous experience in customer service, retail sales or direct sales is a plus but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends as needed.
