Responsibilities: * Committed to becoming an expert by gaining in-depth knowledge of our brand's vehicles, accessories, and technology. * Has a full knowledge and understanding of our company history and its values * Gives customers in depth information on the owner's manual and warranty * Can demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation systems, Bluetooth, etc. * Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction * Can conduct a dealership orientation welcome tour - introducing customers to various points of interest of the dealership. * Give customers a full demonstration of all the services Mastria has to offer. Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Sales Advisor position. This role if heavily focused on customer service.
