We are seeking an entry-level sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will support sales and marketing efforts within a retail setting, assist with customer engagement, and contribute to team development. Responsibilities: * Assist customers with product inquiries and sales transactions. * Support the management team in meeting sales and service goals. * Provide guidance and training to team members. * Maintain positive client and customer relationships. * Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management. * Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required. * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is a plus but not required. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed. * Comfortable working in a retail environment and engaging with customers.
