We have an immediate opening for a leasing agent for a 200+ unit apartment community. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Manage all activities related to apartment rentals including marketing, leasing, and maintaining good customer relations with residents and prospective clients
• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to prospective residents
• Ensures appearance of the apartments are acceptable for showing
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Communicate the lease process and applicant requirements to prospects
• Process incoming lease applications and follow up with applicants
• Provides tours of apartment and community to potential residents for the purpose of leasing apartments.
• Keeps accurate records of both phone and walk-in traffic Required Skills:
• Must have 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus
• Experience using property management accounting software is a plus
• Prior residential property management experience is a plus
• Must be detailed oriented and be able to prioritize workload
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and/or holidays
