JOB SUMMARY Lease and show apartments on newly constructed class A property; maintain a successful renewal program. Demonstrate knowledge and consistency in maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform property presentations in person and on the phone.
• Market the property to local businesses.
• Responsible for following up on prospective residents.
• Verify rental applications, approve for occupancy, and enter all paperwork into computer.
• Walk vacant units and perform property inspections prior to move-in.
• Submit weekly and monthly traffic and marketing reports.
• Comply with all published policies and procedures.
• Develop and post ads on-line.
• Other duties as needed or requested by supervisor. EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Two-to-four years leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma.
• Two-to-four-year college degree preferred.
• Must have a valid KY driver's license.
• Must be a motivated self-manager with initiative.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be detailed and organized. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THIS POSITION:
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while using a keyboard and manual writing.
• Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs. PROPER ATTIRE: Business or business casual. WORK HOURS: Weekly schedule will vary and will include Saturdays. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22 per hour, with additional commission opportunity.
