Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the success of our property by leasing apartments and providing top-notch customer service to residents and prospects.

Responsibilities

- Conduct property tours for potential residents and showcase available units - Process lease applications and renewals - Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner - Utilize knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to assist with leasing processes - Upsell additional services and amenities to prospective residents - Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential residents - Assist with administrative tasks related to leasing activities Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Familiarity with property management software such as RESMAN is a plus - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of property leasing procedures and contract negotiations - Understanding of Fair Housing regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service - Ability to upsell and promote property features to prospective residents Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
