We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance and Account Management in lawncare. This role comes with a salary plus a commission.

Duties

: - Supervise multiple lawncare crews - Work with HOA leaders, home owners and hotel management - Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment for landscaping - Supervise construction of hardscapes such as patios and walkways - Conduct supervision of groundskeeping duties to ensure the property is well-maintained - Walk properties to identify work is getting done and look for possible stress areas for plant and grass disease - Upsell clients on additional services

Qualifications

: - REQUIRED Previous experience in lawn care Account Management or landscaping - Knowledge of mechanical operations related to landscaping equipment - Ability to work with multiple crews on separate properties daily - Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques - Capability to upsell additional services when needed - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Knowledge in Southern plants and trees - Certification in Trees and Plants is a plus If you are passionate about creating and maintaining outdoor spaces, possess the necessary skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for the Account manager position with us.
