Now Hiring: Lifeline Team Lead Location: Philadelphia - Must be able to pick up inventory in Allentown, PA 2-4 times per month Position Type: Independent Contractor Lotus Marketing LLC is looking for experienced and motivated Team Leaders to build and manage a team of agents for our Lifeline Phone Program. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills who are ready to take ownership of a team, drive performance, and earn overrides on team production --all while helping eligible individuals access essential communication services. Key Responsibilities: * Build and manage a team of active Lifeline agents * Recruit, train, and support new agents as your team grows * Lead by example by ensuring daily team enrollment activity and performance * Oversee and distribute inventory, maintaining accurate records and compliance * Motivate and coach agents to reach their individual and team goals * Submit weekly performance reports and participate in team calls or leadership meetings Compensation & Growth: * Commission-based pay with override earnings based on your team's performance * Leadership role with opportunities for career advancement and higher earning potential within the company.
