Now Hiring: Lifeline Team Lead Location: Philadelphia - Must be able to pick up inventory in Allentown, PA 2-4 times per month Position Type: Independent Contractor Lotus Marketing LLC is looking for experienced and motivated Team Leaders to build and manage a team of agents for our Lifeline Phone Program. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills who are ready to take ownership of a team, drive performance, and earn overrides on team production --all while helping eligible individuals access essential communication services.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Build and manage a team of active Lifeline agents
• Recruit, train, and support new agents as your team grows
• Lead by example by ensuring daily team enrollment activity and performance
• Oversee and distribute inventory, maintaining accurate records and compliance
• Motivate and coach agents to reach their individual and team goals
• Submit weekly performance reports and participate in team calls or leadership meetings

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in leadership, sales, or Lifeline programs
• Ability to actively recruit and build a team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pick up inventory from Allentown, PA 2-4 times per month Work Schedule:
• Flexible hours, Monday-Friday
• Independent contractor role - manage your own time and team while meeting performance expectations Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $650.00 - $1,200.00 per week
