Full description of the position

We are looking for Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively Scheduling Service Appointments, solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Responsibilities * Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner * Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics * Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives * Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise * Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile * Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way * Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets * Meet established individual and team performance targets, which include productivity, customer service, quality standards, and any other metrics the business deems necessary * Contribute to a diverse team within a fast paced and constantly changing environment * Maintain adequate proficiency in products and platforms supported as well as ensure current knowledge of all new and updated policies and procedures * Communicate with management, team members, and other teams regarding problems, solutions, and trends * Have ability and willingness to tend to any other tasks as assigned Skills * Previous experience in a customer support role * Track record of over-achieving quota/Sales or phone sales experience a plus * Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types * Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively * High school degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
