As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving customer loyalty. Duties * Engage with customers at events, trade shows, and promotional activities to promote our products and services. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Manage social media accounts to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. * Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize public speaking skills to present information confidently in various settings. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative event marketing strategies. * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand.
