Sofidel America is a leading provider in the tissue paper industry, recognized for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. We are growing and seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our Retail Sales organization at our corporate headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This in-office role, located in our US Head Office, reporting to a National Sales Director, plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideally suited to an individual that is looking to grow within a proactive sales environment. Key Responsibilities: * Directly manage Regional Retail account daily business needs * Coordinate sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements * Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems * Generate and analyze sales reports to support strategic planning * Process product sample requests and manage related logistics * Organize and maintain sales documentation, including contracts * Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, timely information * Monitor and track sales materials and inventory * Support sales team alignment with business goals and timelines * Assist in the creation of impactful sales presentations * Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team * Collaborate with departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure smooth execution of sales activities Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications * 2 to 3 years of experience in sales development and/or Retailer HQ account management * Ability to travel approximately 33% of the time * Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms * Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with Luminate, Retail Link, Supplier Hub, POL, and other National Retailer portals Why Join Sofidel America? * Competitive compensation with an annual performance-based bonus. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, 401(k) match, and paid time off. * Professional training and development opportunities. * A dynamic work environment within a global industry leader.
