As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Construction Sales Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in generating new leads, and converting prospects into projects. As a key member of our team, you will help ensure that potential clients experience the highest level of service and expertise from their first interaction with HWA. This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings - perfect for high performers who thrive on autonomy, flexibility, and the thrill of closing deals.

Responsibilities

will include but are not limited to:

• Develop connections with industry professionals.
• Prospect around current projects through door-to-door outreach, flyer distribution, and networking.
• Play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and aligning sales strategies with HWA's growth objectives.
• Conduct email & phone outreach using automated campaigns.
• Lead introductory and discovery meetings with prospective clients.
• Oversee sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
• Maintain client engagement through project lifecycle.
• Learn and implement sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and closing strategies.
• Shadow experienced Senior sales professionals and participate in client meetings.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.

Qualifications

:

• 1 year experience in Real Estate or Sales required.
• General understanding of the construction process or a strong willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Los Angeles neighborhoods and the Real Estate market.
• Comfortable working under a 1099 contractor structure.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable with business development and prospecting strategies.
• Maintains a respectful and supportive attitude. What We Offer:

• Home Improvement Sales (HIS) license. This is a full-time in-office role, based in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Candidates must be able to commute.
