Consultants, assisting seniors across the country with Medicare and Life Insurance enrollment over the phone and at times face to face from our modern, state-of-the-art office in Trevose, PA. This is not a cold-calling position. All Benefit Consultants are provided with a steady stream of inbound, high-intent leads from individuals actively seeking assistance with their coverage options. Responsibilities

:

• Conduct inbound phone consultations with individuals seeking Medicare and Life Insurance guidance.
• Recommend coverage options based on clients' health, lifestyle, and financial needs.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals within a structured, professional sales environment.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and family culture. Experience and Abilities:
• A motivated, coachable mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• No prior insurance or sales experience required.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort communicating by phone.
• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License (CVIG covers all training costs and pays you during the licensing process).
