Compensation: * Base salary + uncapped commission structure. * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $48,000 - $100,000+ in your first year. * Clear path for career growth and increased earnings. What You 'll Be Doing: * Proactively connect with industry professionals, business owners, and referral partners through cold calling, email, and other outreach methods. * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent deal flow. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships to maximize retention and repeat business. * Provide prospects with the tools and resources they need to confidently move forward with Rezzy. * Work closely with the team to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
