Leasing Agent - Woodburn Place & Woodburn West Apartment Homes Location:

• Woodburn Place Apartment Homes at 2145 Molalla Rd., Woodburn, OR 97071 (220 units, stabilized bonus plan)
• Woodburn West Apartment Homes at 2045 Molalla Rd., Woodburn, OR 97071 (258 units, lease-up bonus plan) Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours per week - Thursday through Saturday and Monday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Sunday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Pay Range

: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE (Eligible for monthly bonuses through two incentive programs : Stratum's Stabilized Incentive Bonus Plan and Lease-Up Incentive Bonus Plan , based on leasing performance, renewals, and resident engagement?. Woodburn Place has 220 stabilized units, while Woodburn West is a new lease-up community with 258 units, giving you an exciting opportunity to help grow and establish a thriving resident community as a Leasing Agent. Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major highways, both properties offer easy access to Salem and Portland while maintaining a peaceful suburban atmosphere. Managed by Stratum, we are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team! As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you will play a key role in creating a positive leasing experience and contributing to the success of both properties. Key Responsibilities

of a Leasing Agent

• Engage with prospective residents by learning their needs and guiding them through the leasing process.
• Showcase the properties by conducting tours and highlighting community amenities.
• Process applications and prepare move-in and renewal documentation.
• Maintain marketing efforts by updating listings, tracking leads, and creating activity reports.
• Address resident concerns by investigating issues and providing resolutions.
• Ensure property presentation by inspecting common areas, tour paths, and model units.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including community surveys and outreach.
• Support general property operations by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. What We 're Looking For in a Leasing Agent
• Energy & Enthusiasm:
• A high-energy individual who brings enthusiasm to the role, greets every prospective resident with a smile and a can-do attitude, and has the ability to connect with people in a way that helps them see the community as a perfect place to call home.
• Experience: Previous lease-up, property management and customer service experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Tech: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, email, and digital platforms.
• Interpersonal: Ability to build positive relationships with prospective and current residents.

: Ability to operate a golf cart, lift up to 50 pounds, and engage in extended walking or standing.
