KR Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our vibrant team at our Kiosk. You'll work with the latest and most innovative Korean beauty products, share your expertise with customers, and help them find their perfect match! The Role: As a Sales Associate , you will: * Be the face of top Korean cosmetic brands and provide personalized beauty recommendations. * Help customers discover and experience the wonders of Korean beauty products. * Maintain the visual standards of our kiosk, ensuring it's always welcoming and informative. * Drive sales and meet/exceed sales targets. * Manage inventory, process transactions, and maintain excellent customer service. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the K-Beauty world. Key Responsibilities: * Share your passion and knowledge of K-Beauty with customers, recommending products based on their needs. * Keep the kiosk stocked and organized, ensuring a visually appealing and seamless shopping experience. * Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments. * Help achieve individual and team sales goals. * Stay informed about new products, trends, and developments in Korean beauty. Ideal Candidate: * Passionate about K-Beauty (K-pop fans are a plus!) with a solid understanding of skincare and makeup. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. * Experience with POS systems and inventory management (preferred). * Quick to learn about new beauty trends and products. * Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
