Job Summary

The sales associate must provide excellent customer service to each customer before, during, and after the sale. The sales associate must understand our customers and the nature of a luxury business. They are expected to know about Opulence of Southern Pines products and services. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, self starter, and extremely professional in appearance. While previous retail experience is appreciated, it is not a requirement.

Duties

Ability to work assigned schedule and hours needed. Maintain minimum performance standards on a daily basis. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance. Provide excellent customer service. Ability to gain product knowledge for all products sold and work independently to gain that knowledge. Show a great attention to detail. Be computer savvy and able to work within Microsoft and a POS system.

Qualifications

and Skills Previous retail experience is a plus but not a must. Working in sales and with a sales team is expected. Work Remotely
