Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively market our products and services. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and direct sales efforts. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product knowledge. * Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in territory sales or technical sales environments. * Familiarity with retail sales processes is a plus. * Strong cold calling skills with a track record of successful lead generation. * Excellent negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
