Sales Executive - Sign & Print Industry We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Reps to join our growing Sign & Print company! In this results-oriented role, you'll leverage your sales skills and knowledge of the Sign and Print industry to develop new client relationships, promote our signage solutions, and drive sales. Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential customers in need of signs & Prints. * Travel around - shopping centers, business parks, Businesses etc. generating new leads * Generating new business Leads through various channels i.e., LinkedIn, Google, social media, Cold calling, Business network meetings etc. * Develop and nurture strong relationships with businesses, property managers, and other decision-makers * Consult with clients to understand their signage needs and recommend the most effective solutions (e.g., channel letters, digital signs, banners) * Create compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits of your company's signs and services * Negotiate and close sales deals * Manage your sales pipeline and track progress towards targets * Stay current on industry trends, materials, and permitting regulations * Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure project success * Doing Site surveys, Taking accurate Measurements / pictures of sites and sign locations. Qualifications: * 2 years of experience in outside sales - Sign and Prints preferred * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment * Strong understanding of signage applications and their benefits for different businesses * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to build trust and rapport with clients * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite * A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Education and Experience * Prior work experience in Print & Sign Industry preferred * Degree / Associate Degree / Diploma in business studies or similar Benefits: * Paid vacation time Job Type: Full Time / Part Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,500.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
