What You'll Do

: As an Outbound Sales Representative, this role requires a unique blend of sales, customer service and tech skills. You will guide customers through product selection, manage customer service issues, and forge strong supplier and customer relationships. Your day-to-day will include:

• Connect with eager prospects through outbound outreach--no cold calling
• Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
• Consistently close warm sales after identifying customer needs and providing the appropriate product and service recommendations
• Making outbound phone calls to warm leads
• Utilizing your communication skills to engage and persuade customers
• Managing customer relationships using CRM software
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through dedication and hard work What We're Looking For:
• Income-driven: Motivated to earn significant income by dedicating 40 hours each week
• Proven track record in sales
• Coachable : Loves feedback and enthusiastically seeks it
• Excellent Communicator: Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills in person, online, and on the phone
• Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques
• Ability to effectively utilize negotiation skills
• CRM Proficiency: Experience working with Customer Relationship Management software
• Team Player & Independent Worker: A self-starter attitude is critical. Ability to work well in a team environment and independently without constant supervision

• Tech-Savvy: Ability to maneuver multiple programs Competitive Pay & High Earnings Potential 2ND SHIFT, 3RD SHIFT - DIFFERENTIALS! Total expected cash compensation (base pay + commission) = $50,000 - $70,000+ /year Base salary = $13.25 - $14.25 per hour ($27,600+/year) Commission = $15,000 - $35,000+ / year
• Training rate of $15.25/hr (First 60 days)
• Top earners make $8K - $10K in commission per month
