Job Description Owner operated Property Management Company is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team! We are looking for someone that will be a positive addition to our team and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our clients receive the best service they have ever experienced with us. Duties and Responsibilities * Greet all visitors with warmth and sincerity * Answer inbound calls, emails, text messages, and chats from prospective residents * Respond to resident questions about leasing, maintenance, and policies * Schedule new resident applications for consideration * Assist in the preparation of new contracts with new tenants * Prepare lease agreements and make sure they are signed by tenants * Review new tenants' documents, such as lease agreements, purchase agreements, and property purchase & lease forms * Assist in collecting late fees when due from each contract. * Assist in collecting late fees from each tenant when due. (this will be part of monthly reporting) * Other duties as assigned. (i.e., scheduling tours, answering phones) Required Skills/Qualifications: Must have a positive attitude, be self- motivated to learn quickly, work independently with minimal supervision, work well under pressure with strong time management skills, possess excellent customer service skills while maintaining a professional demeanor with colleagues and clients. Must have excellent verbal communication skills while maintaining a professional demeanor with colleagues and clients. Must have strong reading comprehension skills while maintaining a professional demeanor with colleagues and clients. Must have strong writing comprehension skills while maintaining a professional demeanor with colleagues and clients. Must have strong listening comprehension skills while maintaining a professional demeanor with colleagues and clients.
