Overview

: A-List Models and Talent (AMT), a faith-based, inclusive model and talent agency, is seeking a high-performing Brand & Social Media Sales Director

• sales, digital media, branding, and influencer management. This role is ideal for a driven professional passionate about talent representation, brand partnerships, and business growth. Key Responsibilities

: Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive new business, sponsorships, and brand partnerships to increase agency revenue.
• Generate talent bookings for modeling, acting, influencer campaigns, and brand collaborations.
• Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue from talent, AMT Reviews, and client services. Talent, Branding & Influencer Management
• Oversee talent scouting, onboarding, and brand alignment for models, actors, and influencers.
• Secure brand deals, sponsorships, and collaborations for talent.
• Develop press releases, meet-and-greets, and networking events to enhance industry visibility. AMT Reviews
• Oversee sales, production, and business partnerships for AMT Reviews, the agency's platform for talent promotions and brand collaborations.
• Manage content strategy and execution for AMT Reviews, ensuring strong audience engagement. Branding & Digital Media Strategy
• Lead social media and digital content strategy for the agency.
• Oversee content creation, brand positioning, and online engagement across all platforms.
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance AMT's visibility and reputation. Operations & Client Relations
• Maintain strong client and brand relationships to secure repeat business.
• Ensure smooth financial processes, including invoicing and collections for agency services.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with brands, businesses, and talent.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales and business development experience in talent, media, or branding industries.
• Strong leadership and strategic vision with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in digital marketing, influencer management, and brand partnerships.
• Ability to drive revenue and achieve targets in a commission-based structure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Compensation

: Revenue-Based Salary: A monthly salary is earned by reaching specific revenue goals.

• If the revenue goal is not met, compensation will be based on a percentage of personal sales.
