TSM South is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in delivering cutting-edge communication solutions. Our company provides comprehensive support across four key areas--consultation, systems integration, installation, and maintenance --for voice and data network systems as well as internet connectivity. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in identifying new business opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and promoting solutions that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our clients' communication infrastructures. Key Responsibilities
:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities , while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized quotes tailored to customer needs and business goals.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue , maintaining detailed records in CRM systems to support pipeline management. (Bigin CRM)
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with customers by consistently delivering value and understanding their evolving needs.
- Stay informed on the latest company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate updates and new offerings to clients.
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams , including technical support, customer service, and operations, to guarantee customer satisfaction and solution delivery.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients , balancing customer satisfaction with company objectives to drive win-win outcomes
Requirements
:
- Minimum 2 years of successful B2B sales experience in security, networking equipment, and/or Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas , with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer retention.
- Experience in outbound sales , including calling both cold and warm leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Bigin).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills , with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills , capable of building rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills , able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated integrity, work ethic, and self-motivation , with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and client needs.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
