Inside Sales Representative - Tobacco/Cannabis Industry (In-Office, Cold Calling Required) Location: IN office - NOT remote - 4031 N Pecos, Las Vegas, NV Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday DO NOT APPLY unless you have direct sales experience working with tobacco or cannabis-related brands. This is a sales role focused on cold calling and B2B business development , not a dispensary or retail position. About BRH International Inc. What You 'll Do We're hiring a sales-driven, phone-confident professional who thrives on closing deals, generating new business, and building relationships with buyers in the smoking accessories, cannabis, and tobacco space. You will be expected to: * Make high-volume cold calls to targeted prospects daily * Drive new business development and achieve monthly revenue goals * Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients across North America * Represent BRH brands with deep product knowledge and professionalism * Log all sales activities in CRM (calls, emails, meetings, deal tracking) * Stay on top of market trends and client needs in the cannabis/tobacco space * Negotiate contracts and close deals independently Requirements - Please Read Carefully Must have direct sales experience in the tobacco or cannabis industry Must be comfortable cold calling every day Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience Experience using a CRM system to track leads and deals Excellent phone communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Some travel may be required for trade shows or client visits Perks & Compensation * Competitive base salary + commission * Health benefits and PTO * Work with innovative, nationally recognized brands * Fun, collaborative, and fast-paced office culture To Apply: Only applicants with relevant industry sales experience will be contacted.
